Trisda Group's Pet Policy

​Residents wishing to house a pet in a Trisda Group managed home must comply with the following requirements:
1. Spay/Neuter Requirement. All pets must be spayed or neutered at the time of Pet Agreement signing. A certificate of alteration must be provided.

• Exception: Puppies are exempt with written documentation from a licensed veterinarian.

2. Pet Fee. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $500.00 will be charged for the privilege of housing up to two (2) pets on the property.  More than 2 pets?  Please ask your Leasing Representative for an exemption for a single family home.

• The pet fee is due with the first month’s rent.

3. Monthly Pet Rent. A $50.00 monthly pet rent per pet will be applied.

• Pet rent is non-refundable.

4. Pet Agreement Requirements. Before any pet enters the property, residents must complete and submit a Pet Agreement that includes:

• Resident’s signature and date
• A recent photo of the pet
• All required documentation (including spay/neuter certificate or veterinarian exemption letter, if applicable)
• No pet is permitted on the property until the Pet Agreement has been fully executed and approved.
