Trisda Group's Pet Policy

Under The Following Conditions

Incoming tenants wishing to house a pet in a Trisda Group managed home will be subject to the following pet policy: 

  • All pets must be spayed/neutered with certificate of alteration at the time of pet agreement signing.
  • A one-time, $500.00 non-refundable pet fee will be charged for the privilege to house a maximum of two pets on the property.  Non-refundable pet fees for more than two pets will be evaluated on a case by case basis. The pet fee is due with the first month's rent.
  •  A $50.00 per month pet rent will be applied per pet.  Pet rent is non-refundable. 
  • Properties with more than one unit on the parcel (duplexes, triplexes, etc.) have a limit of 1 pet per unit, dogs greater than 30lbs are not permitted in multi-unit buildings and will be approved on a case by case basis.
  • Pet Agreement: Signed, dated with recent photo of pet, before pet enters the property. Example of Pet Agreement
  • Trisda Group Staff may require documentation for dogs on a case by case basis i.e. A graduation from an accredited AKC Canine Good Citizen Program, OR Canine Behavior/Manners class, OR Written Documentation from a Veterinarian regarding the pet’s Behavior in the last 6 months
  • Proper documentation due at Pet Agreement Signing
