• Rental payments and Pet Fees are NOT accepted via Paypal, please contact our office for ACH payment information.
• The first month's rental payment and pet fee (if applicable) is due 5 DAYS before your lease start date via ACH draw
• Don't forget to complete your NEW TENANT MOVE IN REQUIREMENT CHECKLIST to receive your keys ON TIME !  Congrats on your new home and WELCOME !
