Construction in the State of Pennsylvania has resumed under the CDC Guidelines with Social Distancing, Hand Washing, Face Coverings and a designated "Pandemic Safety Officer". Trisda Group has resumed construction at all sites under the above conditions.

Since the Stay At Home order has been placed by Pennsylvania's Governor Wolf, our Maintenance Staff has experienced an exponential amount of service calls related to main sewer clogs in our properties. Please be advised, DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING other than toilet paper and human waste down the toilet.
Here is a list from PA American Water Resources of items that cannot be put into the sewer system and should be placed in the trash can:

Please note the following:
1) By Order of Governor Tom Wolf, REsidential BUILDING COnstruction has been HALTED Effective March 20, 2020 at 11:59 pm. We have suspended all CONSTRUCTION.
2) BY ORDER OF GOVERNOR TOM WOLF, Personal and Household GoodS Repair and Maintenance is permitted. WE WILL CONTINUE TO RESPOND TO ALL MAINTENANCE REQUESTS. AS WE EXPECT MANY RESIDENTS TO REMAIN HOME DURING THESE TIMES, UPON REQUEST, WE WILL PROVIDE AN ESTIMATED TIME OF OUR ARRIVAL SO THAT YOU CAN PLAN AHEAD AND DISTANCE YOURSELF FROM OUR STAFF. NON-ESSENTIAL MAINTENANCE REQUESTS WILL BE REVIEWED AND MAY BE DEFERRED UNTIL A LATER DATE.
3) BY ORDER OF GOVERNOR TOM WOLF, Administrative Services to Building and Dwellings is permitted. Our administrative staff will continue virtually, as usual, with full time hours Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:00 pm.
4) BY ORDER OF GOVERNOR TOM WOLF, PERSONAL and HOUSEHOLD GOODs REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE IS PERMITTED. We will maintain our on-call evening and weekend Emergency service. NON-ESSENTIAL MAINTENANCE REQUESTS WILL BE REVIEWED AND MAY BE DEFERRED UNTIL A LATER DATE.
5) BY ORDER OF GOVERNOR TOM WOLF, All showings for occupied units are suspended. VIrtual leasing is offered for spring and summer move ins.
6) BY ORDER OF GOVERNOR TOM WOLF, PERSONAL and HOUSEHOLD GOODs REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE IS PERMITTED. All currently scheduled move-outs and Move-INS will proceed as planned.
