Move-out reminders
Please review the following move-out tips to help you prepare to exit the property. A full set of move-out instructions can be found in your lease.
- The home should be cleaned and restored to move-in condition.
- Once you have vacated please send an email to [email protected] with your forwarding address. You may then complete the Exiting Tenant Property Survey.
- Keys should be left in the lockbox on the front door.
- Your security deposit refund statement will be sent to you within 30 days of the lease end date.
