​Move-in Reminders


Congratulations! You’ve signed your lease and are preparing to move into your new home. Below are some important reminders to ensure a smooth move-in process.

  • Utilities will need to be established in your name at least 5 business days before the lease start date. When they have been established, please complete the following ​Move-in Utility Survey.
  • First month’s rent is due 5 business days before the lease start date, via ACH direct debit. This will be initiated by our office.
  • A lockbox will be hung on the front door with your keys inside.  We will issue your key code via email the evening prior to your lease start date. You will then be able to access the home at your leisure.
  • You will have an opportunity to complete the New Tenant Property Survey after you have moved in. 
  • Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.  As a reminder, all of our communication is via email.  Below is a handy reference.
    • Administrative Services – [email protected] All correspondence regarding lease/billing questions, monthly utility statement, general questions about your home.  The administrative email is monitored Monday-Friday 8am – 4pm.
    • Maintenance – [email protected] To ensure a timely response to your maintenance needs, please be sure to include your property address in the subject line when making requests.  General maintenance is weekdays 7:30am – 4:00pm.  We have emergency, on-call staff available until 9pm daily.
