All maintenance requests should be submitted via email to [email protected] or through the following form, and our in-house maintenance team will be happy to help. 

To ensure a timely response, please be sure to include your property address in the subject line when making requests. General maintenance is weekdays 7:30am – 4:00pm. We have emergency, on-call staff available until 9pm daily.

Resident Responsibilities:
  • Change furnace filters
  • Replacing thermostat batteries
  • Clean dryer’s lint trap after every use
  • Regularly clean appliances for optimal performance
  • Replace lightbulbs
  • Change smoke detector batteries
  • Minor drain and toilet clogs
  • Snow removal for buildings under 3 units
  • Repair costs resulted from improper usage
  • General cleaning
Landlord Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all appliances, and systems are operable and functioning properly
  • HVAC systems repairs
  • Major drain clogs and repairs
  • Plumbing and electrical fixture repairs
  • Structural maintenance and repairs
