All maintenance requests should be submitted through your tenant AppFolio Portal OR email to [email protected] and our in-house maintenance team will be happy to help.
To ensure a timely response, please be sure to include your property address in the subject line when making requests. General maintenance is weekdays 7:30am – 4:00pm. We have emergency, on-call staff available until 9pm daily.
